Jack S. Horsley, MD (born September 25, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah) is a former American swimmer. Horsley won a bronze medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.
Horsley attended high school in Seattle. He has a B.A. from Indiana University and an M.D. from the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in Stockton, California and has lived in Ellensburg, Washington since 1979.
Horsley is currently the medical director of Central Washington University's student health center.[1] Horsley is a Latter-day Saint.[2]
